Made by the boutique-grade, USA-based Friedman, the Buxom Boost sets you up with a super-lush clean boost. This top-shelf guitar pedal is based on the popular Buxom Betty tube amp head and, in addition to a Boost pot for spurring the preamp of your guitar amp, it comes armed with active 3-band EQ controls for in-depth tone tweaks.

The Buxom Boost: Lush, Tight and Thorough

If you don’t need any equalisation, you can simply bypass the EQ with the two-way switch mounted next to the knobs. Also, this Friedman offering can run on 9V or 18V for increased headroom. It's loaded with nothing but premium-grade components - including a circuit that's silent enough to handle electro-acoustic guitars - and comes polished off with a Tight pot for straightening up the sound at will.
